★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Cuban food in Aguascalientes! The traditional mojito is on point, I opted for the Cuban rum instead of Bacardi. They don’t have my favorite Vaca Frita, but the pork plate was delicious (pictured). Service was quick and friendly.
