La parte de las reglas es totalmente absurda, hay muchas reglas para tener un invitado y a parte tu invitado no puede subir al área de rooftop si no eres propietario. The place is very well located, the roof is beautiful, only the way they adapted it, in the part of the pool due to the glass, no air flows and the heat is unbearable. The rules part is totally absurd, there are many rules to have a guest and besides, your guest cannot go up to the rooftop area if you are not an owner.

P	Pan Anon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Winner of 2019 Ugliest Building In PV Award. In a town with sweeping panoramic views all over the place, this building says "no, you can't have that. Here's a crooked pile of rough, dusty, white bricks instead". I really don't know what the architect was thinking. He or she is obviously not from here. The interior hallways also have little rough cut stone walls that are just going to be a giant, impossible to clean, dust magnets. The units are also cheaply fitted with some really bad design choices like a big I beam in the middle of your living room, kitchen bar stool area without room for legs, bathrooms with no privacy, and odd uneven surfaces with small steps found in random parts of the units. I despise this building. It is simply hideous. Even the roof sucks. They couldn't even do that right. All the other modern condos in Zona Romantica are immensely better.

First off - this building is distinctive in nature and doesn’t follow the “formula” of all others with a cacophony of styles merged together to make a so-called-modern building. This building has some things that could be better. For sure. But the comment about the views... do you realize they are building all around it? Is that what you consider beautiful views? The neighbors bathroom? This treatment avoids that but still lets incredible light and air flow inside. Showers with no privacy? Join the modern world. We use glass these days. Maybe you prefer curtains - that’s just old school. Treatments in the corridors are meant to resemble traditional Mexican architecture and there is a staff that cleans it... but clearly you rather have plain old drywall.

No cookie cutter boring architecture here - The Corner of Souls is good for your soul. It’s one of only two buildings in Zona Romantica built with steel, providing an unmatched openness compared to the concrete and rebar penitentiaries that have become so common here. From the double height lobby and generous public courtyard to unmatched infinity pool views to the ceramic lattice that encourages the coastal breezes but blocks the harsh afternoon sun, Rincon de Almas does not disappoint!
