NUESTRA HISTORIA

Pablo Cattaneo y su familia llegan de vacaciones a Puerto Vallarta en 1996, encantados con la hospitalidad de las personas y el bello pueblito pintoresco; toman la decisión de establecerse en Puerto Vallarta y emprender un nuevo restaurante, posteriormente llegan sus hijos a Puerto Vallarta quienes igualmente quedaron fascinados y en mayo de 1996 deciden quedarse.

Abren “Rincón de Buenos Aires” en Marina Vallarta en Mayo de 1997 con las recetas y el menú de su restaurante en argentina “Pago de la costa”

Tiempo después y con la idea de expandir su negocio, deciden abrir una sucursal en Nuevo Vallarta, la cual llamaron “La porteña” que después deciden renombrar como “Rincón de Buenos Aires”.

Really good food - clean, friendly waters; a great spot to go off-resort if you’re staying in the Marina. The Sweetbreads (a type of meat) and Bone Marrow are excellent value. Baked potato with my prime rib was one of the best I ever had in my life. Seafood pasta was rich & tasty with perfectly cooked al dente pasta. Highly recommended!

Great food and live music on Saturday. Their sangria is the BEST I've ever had. My husband and I drank two each.

Great restaurant right on the Marina main malecon! Awesome team service and quality was amazing! We had two different sausage appetizers that didn't last long enough for a picture. I had the Ribeye steak with grilled pineapple for a side. Perfect meal.

I had a lovely birthday dinner at Rincon. The restaurant was highly recommended by staff at our resort and locals we spoke with. We had good service and delicious entrées. I also like the way the restaurant decor pays tribute to well-known Agentinians while also giving you a feel of the country with an modern contemporary style. I ordered the steak tenderloin, which was delicious. Cooked to perfection! My sister enjoyed her 10 oz. rib-eye. I definitely recommend Rincon and look forward to coming back.

Amazing stakes if you into stake place have only indoor tables but it's right at the marina very good red wine too I have been there 3 times always good

Excellent dining experience. We did not get as far as the steaks. Shrimp starter excellent, tuna carpaccio divine, wood-fired pizzas very Italian. The custard cream (flan) dessert was also amazing, and the Special Coffee (hosted by our waiter Misa) was performance art at its finest. Thoroughly recommended.

Service was good, enjoyed the food. We both had the 9 ounce tenderloin filled. Flavor was good, but was cooked too long and dried out.
