★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El precio que se ofrece por la habitacion es desmedido, mucho mas todavia la cantidad que exigen para poder hacer un fuego en las frias noches. Por otro lado, el trato de la propietaria fue, desde que reserve directamente con ella, muy poco cortes y educado, negandose a dejarnos llaves de la habitacion. Sin duda, un espacio que no vale lo que piden y un trato que, en nuestra experiencia, fue impositivo y descuidado.
The price that is offered for the room is excessive, much more still the amount that they demand to be able to make a fire in the cold nights. On the other hand, the owner's treatment was, since I booked directly with her, very little courteous and polite, refusing to leave us room keys. Without a doubt, a space that is not worth what they ask for and a treatment that, in our experience, was imposing and neglected.

Como servicios adicionales cuentan con jacuzzi, temazcal y fogata. Traigan efectivo para las compras en la tienda. Descansamos y la pasamos muy bien y tranquilos
Excellent place to disconnect for the weekend, the people who own the place were very warm and friendly. Very nice flirting and clean and homey cabins. As additional services they have a jacuzzi, temazcal and fire pit. Bring cash for purchases at the store. We rest and have a good time and calm

El día de mi estadía hubo un accidente en carretera y avisé a la propietaria que llegaría 50 mins tarde a lo acordado a mi reserva (7 pm). Me dijo que desafortunadamente no me podría recibir porque ella tenía un compromiso y no me podía esperar para abrir el lugar, porque el lugar es una casa privada, no un hotel. Me cancelo la reserva sin más ni más. Debo mencionar que yo pagué por adelantado y mi dinero no me lo reembolsó. Me bloqueó de cualquier forma de contacto. Pésimo!!!!

She told me that unfortunately she could not receive me because she had an engagement and she could not wait for me to open the place, because the place is a private house, not a hotel. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está súper escondido, no hay indicaciones para llegar, la verdad me perdí, el lugar por si solo es bonito pero hacen falta señalamientos, un buen lugar para poder acampar.
The place is super hidden, there are no directions to get there, I really got lost, the place itself is beautiful but signs are needed, a good place to camp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo que no me gustó es la decoración de botellas de alcohol como un "culto a la bebida", en la cabaña que nos quedamos había muchos peluches viejos y dvds y vhs como que estaba ahí por no saber dónde ponerlos y para no tirarlos! Si hay agua caliente, y también la anfitriona fue amable, NO HAY REMBOLSO, así que hay que fijarse bien en las fechas para no perder la reservación.
What I did not like is the decoration of alcohol bottles as a "cult of the drink", in the cabin that we stayed there were many old stuffed animals and dvds and vhs as it was there for not knowing where to put them and not to throw them away! If there is hot water, and also the hostess was kind, THERE IS NO REFUND, so you have to pay attention to the dates so as not to lose the reservation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place itself is gorgeous, but the service we received was outrageous. Booked through Airbnb, but we never managed to get through the host and nobody made contact with us. When we arrived to check-in there was nobody to receive us and we had to look for alternative accommodation in the middle of the night, even though booking was fully paid for. To avoid the refund the owner offered to move our booking onto another date. We agreed on that and were looking forward to spending time in the promised jacuzzi, after our long mountain excursion. In fact it was the main reason why we decided to give it another chance. Unfortunately it turned out there was nobody available to make it work for us. (jacuzzi is listed under available amenities and there's no mentioning of extra cost). They were trying to charge us extra for everything possible, including wood and use of kitchen. Even though it was their fault and we agreed on moving dates, they were also trying to charge us extra, because we came on the weekend. There was no hot water on the last day. The person on the phone was very rude to talk to and the whole situation just very unpleasant.
