★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar precioso, comodo y con una decoracion rustica muy bonita , estuve ahi hace un mes y lo malo es que al día de hoy aun no me pueden enviar la factura del hospedaje, asi como lo recomiendo y eso opaca lo magico de este lugar con encanto
 It is a beautiful place, comfortable and with a very nice rustic decoration, I was there a month ago and the bad thing is that today they still cannot send me the bill for the lodging, as I recommend it and that overshadows the magic of this place with charm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta agua de beber para el número de personas que vamos, cuánta con muebles rústicos y es bonito pero no hay donde poner al lado de la cama lo que llevás, lentes, teléfono, cartera.
There is a lack of drinking water for the number of people who go, how much with rustic furniture and it is nice but there is nowhere to put what you are wearing next to the bed, glasses, telephone, wallet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos encantó este Hotel, el personal nos trato increíble. De verdad disfrutamos nuestra estadía aquí, la alberca tiene agua climatizada y eso nos encantó, la puerta del baño de la habitación 6 no cerraba por completo, pero nada que afectará nuestra estadía. Muchas gracias, regresaremos.
We loved this Hotel, the staff treated us amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here, the pool is heated and we loved that, the bathroom door in room 6 did not close completely, but nothing that will affect our stay. Thank you very much, we will return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pricey but worth every penny. Great staff. Magical place and amenities including pool, horses, temascal, firepit, restaurant and more. A real treat. Feels like a oasis of peace away from home. Great for kids too and good location to explore the surroundings (overlooked by the magestic vulcano) by car.
