Acceptable, the TV is smart but no account works, I did not see any cafeteria or vending machine which would help a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es lindo el hotel, lo único que les recomendaría es que preguntaran si tienen evento los días de su estancia, ya que los eventos son muy ruidosos y no ayuda si tu idea es un viaje tranquilo y de descanso
The hotel is nice, the only thing I would recommend is that they ask if they have an event on the days of your stay, since the events are very noisy and it does not help if your idea is a quiet and restful trip

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está muy bonito, tranquilo y limpio, sin embargo, la atención del recepcionista "Mígue" de repente es un poco descortés y considero que debería tener un poco más de tacto al tratar al huésped. Muy diferente a la atención súper amable de la señorita Diana. Si no hubiera sido por ella la experiencia no hubiera sido confortable.
The place is very nice, quiet and clean, however, the attention of the receptionist "Mígue" is suddenly a bit impolite and I think he should have a little more tact when treating the guest. Very different from the super friendly attention of Miss Diana. If it had not been for her the experience would not have been comfortable.
