★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia con ellos no fue muy buena, reservé un tour de bicicleta por medio de su sitio web, y además confirmé por medio de whatsapp mi reservación. Cuando llegué a su local, resultó que no tenían ni idea de la reservación, les enseñe los whatsapp y comprobantes de pago y aún así no encontraban mis datos. Al cabo de casi una hora se logró iniciar el tour, las bicicletas estaban en pésimo estado y eran bastante viejas, simplemente no eran adecuadas para hacer un tour. La mía se descompuso a unos metros de terminar el recorrido, afortunadamente no hubo tanto problema. Nuestro guía fue un adolescente de unos 16 años, que si bien tenía habilidades en la bicicleta, no tenía la madurez ni la experiencia para reaccionar en caso de que se hubiera presentado una emergencia. En fin, una experiencia que pudo ser mágica, terminó siendo algo agridulce, obviamente no volvería a contratar sus servicios. No escribo esto para desacreditar a la empresa, lo hago para que otras personas no pasen por lo mismo.
My experience with them was not very good, I booked a bike tour through their website, and also confirmed my reservation through whatsapp. When I arrived at their premises, it turned out that they had no idea about the reservation, I showed them the whatsapp and proof of payment and they still couldn't find my data. After almost an hour the tour was able to start, the bikes were in terrible condition and quite old, they were simply not suitable for a tour. Mine broke down a few meters from the end of the tour, fortunately there was not so much problem. Our guide was a teenager of about 16 years old, who although he had skills on the bicycle, he did not have the maturity or the experience to react in case of an emergency. In short, an experience that could have been magical, ended up being something bittersweet, obviously I would not hire their services again. I'm not writing this to discredit the company, I'm doing it so other people don't go through the same thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reservamos un tour en cuatrimotos a monte alto y velero, y fue la experiencia mas grandiosa, muy puntuales, muy atentos en todas sus indicaciones y siempre cuidando del cliente para que se divierta con la mayor seguridad posible. Solo hay que avisar que pagaras con tarjeta, porque luego se llevan la terminal a otros tours y te tocaría pagar en efectivo.
We booked an ATV tour to the high mountain and sailboat, and it was the greatest experience, very punctual, very attentive in all its indications and always taking care of the client so that they have fun with the greatest possible safety. You just have to advise that you will pay by card, because then they take the terminal to other tours and you would have to pay in cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio. Tomamos un tour a las cascadas y nos llevaron en tiempo y forma. Les pongo 4 estrellas porque el tiempo que nos dejan para visita es corto.
Fuimos en cuatrimotos, en este caso recomendaría que las personas que gusten tomar este tour tengan un conocimiento básico de manejo porque hay muchas subidas y bajadas así como un tramo de carretera que puede poner nervioso a alguien que no esté habituado a la conducción vehicular. Personas muy amables, nos atendió Liz, con excelente atención. Gracias!
Excellent service. We took a tour to the waterfalls and they took us in a timely manner. I give them 4 stars because the time they leave us to visit is short.
We went on ATVs, in this case I would recommend that people who like to take this tour have a basic knowledge of driving because there are many ups and downs as well as a stretch of road that can make someone who is not used to driving nervous. Very friendly people, Liz attended us, with excellent attention. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si estás en Valle y no sabes que actividad hacer, en definitiva de es ir a Río Adventure, es un lugar donde te apoyaran y te asignarán un guía el cual te ayudará mucho durante la experiencia.
Nosotros hicimos un paseo en bicicleta para principiantes y nos asignaron a Patricio como guía y a pesar de tener poca experiencia en bicicleta, Patricio nos ayudó muchísimo con algunos consejos y videos.
El costo considero son un poco más alto de lo general, ya que si caminas por valle encontrarás algunos otros lugares más económicos, sin embargo considero que la atención y servicio de Río Adventure fue extraordinaria así que regresaría a contratar servicios con ellos.
Adjunto algunas fotos que el mismo Patricio nos tomo durante el trayecto.
If you are in Valle and you don't know what activity to do, definitely go to Río Adventure, it is a place where they will support you and assign you a guide who will help you a lot during the experience.
We did a beginner bike ride and Patricio was assigned as a guide and despite having little experience on a bike, Patricio helped us a lot with some tips and videos.
The cost I consider is a little higher than usual, since if you walk through the valley you will find some other cheaper places, however I consider that the attention and service of Río Adventure was extraordinary so I would return to contract services with them.
