★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al llegar a las albercas de bahia de kino el encargado de ahi muy en su papel ( ???. )piden ciertos requisitos obviamente no los traes y de ir tan lejos y no poder entrar esta muy mal esta peor que entrar a USA cuando uno compra el terreno te bajan la luna y las extrellas te quieren cobrar un mantenimiento que has dejado de usar por años y salen con eso mejor voy a decidir vender en terreno porqué no te ofrece lo que realmente al cmprarlo te ofrecen ...
Que cuando compres el terreno te digan que tienes que pagar y te aclaren todo dicen que te darán agua y se batalla para eso no estoy muy contenta hice un viaje para que no te dejen entrar a la area comun estan mal?????????????????????????????????Rio azul?

Que cuida las albercas se puso en el plan que si no traes el permiso no entras se le mostró la foto en la cuan consta que soy dueña de un terreno y no que tenía que traer el resibo de los pagos dónde estoy al CORRIENTE con la mensualidad del mantenimiento de la alberca o sea si el terreno se compró ase más de un año pues tengo que pagar todo ese tiempo atrasado lo usé o no lo usé el pago es de $250.00 pesos por mes es lo que comenta el sr. Se iso el viaje dioquis que coraje y cuando lo venden te ABLAN maravillas nos conviene mejor vender y comprar en otra parte todavía no ponen el agua ni la luz la calle no la han raspado y ya ase 2 años que están vendiendo los terrenos solo la alberca han puesto como gancho para atraer ala GENTE ???
