★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una estación con gran afluencia de usuarios y se nota en distintos horarios del dia. Es una pena que las condiciones de esta línea estén en mal estado en parte a la población que lo utiliza. Se ubica en Avenida Central por lo que en las mañanas puede ocasionar retrasos debido al tráfico que se genera.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En esta estación de metro tiene mucha afluencia en las mañanas, pues diferentes combis o microbuses tienen su terminal ahí. También alrededor del metro existe una precariedad en las calles y la vista en general.
Además, para llegar a la estación de metrobús del mismo nombre se debe tomar un taxi por bastantes kilómetros para que se pueda llegar y cruzar un puente en mal estado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El entorno es muy agradable, el olor del río y la comida de la calle hacen de este lugar un punto único en la periferia. Aveces pasa el tren y los atardeceres desde el puente vehicular son espectaculares. A veces también se ven los volcanes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta esta estación del metro no es muy reciente que digamos pero si es más nueva que la línea rosa del metro y me gusta por qué hay 2 cajeros automáticos y también una cajera en la taquilla y eso está bien por qué en la línea café ( 9 ) en la estación del metro puebla no hay ni cajero y tampoco cajera en taquilla tienes que bajar pasar la calle y solo así puedes viajar y si le añades que es en la noche la verdad correrías peligro, bueno punto y aparte está estación la verdad es amplio está limpio y me gusta, bueno de mi parte es todo espero les guste y para la gente que no me conoce me pueden contactar en

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo todo: Siempre esta sucio, los policías de los torniquetes del lado del rio, les dan dinero y dejan pasar a la gente ya que no hay taquilla; de igual manera en las escaleras hay comerciantes que te están vendiendo los boletos. Hay mucha inseguridad sobre todo en la noche, no tienen luminarias funcionando.
Como abajo hay combis y camiones que van para las Américas luego están las filas de gente en la escaleras, solo estorban.
En los andenes rara vez hay policías y si hay están platicando o ligando, no hacen que se respete el lado exclusivo de las mujeres.
Adentro de los andenes también hay vendedores por las mañanas que estorban y los policías con su mochada ni les dicen nada.
