★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vine desde Monclova (110kms) para servicio de mantenimiento de mi TRAX 2017. El proceso de recepción es oento y con inestabilidad "en el sistema". Se mantienen ingresó mi unidad 30 minutos después. Estoy seguro que pueden solucionar y mejorar sus procesos. Confío en que sí. Regresaré cuando sea necesario. :)
I came from Monclova (110kms) for maintenance service of my 2017 TRAX. The reception process is "unstable" and "unstable" in the system. They kept my unit entered 30 minutes later. I'm sure they can solve and improve their processes. I trust that yes. I will return when necessary. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace meses compré una pick up Tornado. Al momento de adquirirla el vendedor incluyo dentro de su oferta el seguro incluído en el precio y el primer servicio cortesía de la empresa. Al estar ya pagada batallé para que me otorgarán el seguro incluído y al llegarse la fecha del servicio me encuentro con que el vendedor ya no labora en la empresa y la orden del servicio de cortesía solo la expide el gerente y no se encuentra porque anda fuera. Total le tenía que hacer el servicio y lo tuve que pagar. La Tornado tampoco traía el extintor solo el soporte y me dicen en esta empresa que así viene lo cual no está bien pues todos los vehículos de otras marcas que he adquirido traen el extintor por default.
El personal de recepción y servicio sí son muy amables.

The reception and service staff are very friendly.
