The truth is that they are very good advisers and they have a very good catalog. After looking for a property for months and after struggling with bad sellers and eternal paperwork in the banks, they guided me in the best way and managed everything I needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi trato con ellos como arrendador/vendedor de casa, fue pésimo. Tuvieron 6 meses para rentar una casa y no lo lograron, cada persona involucrada trata su trabajo como de medio tiempo o hobby, te contestan cuando pueden y nunca recuerdan o toman nota del seguimiento con el cliente, hasta sus mensajes de Whatsapp se les olvidan.
No tiene cartera de clientes, uno tiene que pagar publicaciones en internet por que ellos jamás publican anuncios más que en revistas que solo ellos tienen y eso les toma 4 meses.
Sus contratos están llenos de errores, cosas básicas dejando al propietario legalmente expuesto. Al hacerles ver los errores se molestan y se rehúsan a corregir, y claro que de su parte nadie firma el documento.
My dealings with them as a home landlord / seller was lousy. They had 6 months to rent a house and they did not succeed, each person involved treats their work as part-time or hobby, they answer you when they can and never remember or take note of the follow-up with the client, even their WhatsApp messages are forgotten.
It does not have a client portfolio, one has to pay for publications on the Internet because they never publish more than in magazines that only they have and that takes them 4 months.
Their contracts are full of errors, basic things leaving the owner legally exposed. When you make them see the errors, they get upset and refuse to correct it, and of course nobody signs the document on their part.
