COVID mode: Excellent system of cleaning, social distance and keeping the service and the great flavor in the buffet. The room view, the food, the management of the restaurant, the installations, the activities, the night shows and the service was WONDERFUL, but here some points: 1. If you are going to use the kayak you will carry yours ALONE, so be carefull because you need condition and good shoes to carry it without take any damage. 2. The clean of the rooms are basic, so if you came into your room with beach sand, well, it will stay there until you are gone. 3. Sometimes the bar service at the beach is slow or even there is no one. So you have to get your drinks but they deserver it, they are soo delicious!! 4. Just one of 25 dishes the flavour was horrible. But it was fast forgotten with all the italian, japanese, mexican food they served, awesome flavours.

Updated Review: Español/Spanish: further on the English version. Las medidas de higiene y protección para el COVID-19 son inexistentes. Todos los empleados se quitan el cubre bocas, esto incluyendo los que cocinan los alimentos. Servicio terrible. No vayan. Nada favorable a este lugar. Tal vez el precio accesible, claro, a costa de tu salud. ¡Nada recomendable! So if you visit this hotel and care for your health, something interesting will happen: you will come out of your vacation more stressed than you were, instead of relaxing. This will be so since their Covid-19 protocol is precarious, actually it doesn’t exist. You will find that everyone from your cook to your watchmen takes their mask of. (I will add a picture of the lady cooking with her mask off. ) The service was terrible from the bell boy to just everyone! So you will pay to be telling everyone to put their mask on and to get a rude and just down terrible service. Seriously don’t go. Two years ago I went and the experience was great I will leave my previous review. Now is just not worth it. Go elsewhere for your health, I beg of you. Previous review, (10/2019): Considering the price and that is all inclusive and the activities it has, I think all together is pretty good. It is old style. The food is generic but it varies day by day. Remember this is an all inclusive so this option has desirable and not so desirable things about it. From my point of view I enjoyed the bar with the national beers, Coca Cola... the snack bar it has your basic hot dog, fries, burger... I like that. You can play ping pong, pool. I enjoyed that with my wife.

Hotel Ritz Acapulco is directly at the beach of Acapulco. The Hotel has one swimming pool. The hotel isn’t bad, it needs maintenance (like others in Acapulco). The beach is wonderful, only sand beach and no stones.

People here are very friendly ! Due to COVID 19 most of the activities like volleyball and soccer were cancelled, I’ve visited this place for couple years and I would definitely recommend it . Speaking about the service , Agripino is one of the most hardworking waiters you could ever met.

The food they made had a strange taste to them and it made my son sick. There hotel we're very strict with diarrhea, very hard beds, and they'll take things back (shampoo, soap, and towels) when we're about to use them, housekeeping didn't do the beds and cleaning,, we had to call them, would recommend avoid and hopefully not come back.

A ok place to relax. The beach side was nice, but steep. They were nice and patient with us. However I did come back home with food poisoning on the third day I was there. The water I suspect my main problem and the reason I got sick. Some of the food were good but the other food I also suspect also got me sick. Aside from the food, their beds were tough and stiff bit I can't blame them for that. I will say that I didnt see their rules for the cafeteria in not wearing swimsuits in the area. Someone was a bit rude when bringing it to our attention

The rooms are stark but spacious. The hotel is very clean and so is the beach and outdoor areas. The food is just passable. The staff is fabulous. We would return but eat most meals outside of the restaurant.

An excellent place where to stay, it is all inclusive and for me breakfast at the hotel restaurant is the best. There is always some shows at 9:30 pm and the beach is always open
