★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dieron garantía a una TV a la que la cambiaron los leds. No tenía una líneas en la parte inferior y después de la reparación le aparecieron. Aducen que ya estaba así. Entiendo que es un asunto discutible ya que la pantalla no encendía, por lo que ellos no pudieron verificarlo. Pero afirmar que ya venía así, cuando yo se que no, se me hace bastante desafortunado. En cuanto al servicio al cliente después del servicio, hablé en varias ocasiones para comentar el tema, pero el Ing. Rivera nunca contestó mi llamada, ni se reportó después de más de una semana, lo cual ocasionó que tuviera que ir con la TV (55") al taller con todo el trabajo que implica desmontar, transportar, regresar y volver a montar. MUY MALA ATENCIÓN. Nunca dio la cara en el taller. Ni modo.
They did not give a guarantee to a TV that was changed by LEDs. There were no lines at the bottom and after repair they appeared. They argue that it was already like that. I understand that it is a moot matter since the screen did not turn on, so they could not verify it. But affirming that it already came like that, when I know that it did not, it makes me quite unfortunate. Regarding customer service after service, I spoke several times to comment on the issue, but Eng. Rivera never answered my call, nor did he report back after more than a week, which caused him to have to go to the TV ( 55 ") to the workshop with all the work involved in disassembling, transporting, returning and reassembling. VERY BAD ATTENTION. He never showed his face in the workshop. No way.
