★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El transporte está excelente, pero dejé encargado mi maleta, en la ciudad de México y cuando regrese ya no estaba y el chavo no se hizo responsable, a pesar de que tienen cámaras de TV no me han resuelto nada!!por lo que no recomiendo que dejen sus maletas en sus oficinas,no hay ninguna garantía...De que te las cuiden..?
The transport is excellent, but I left my suitcase in charge, in Mexico City and when I returned it was gone and the guy was not responsible, even though they have TV cameras they have not solved anything for me !! so I do not recommend that they leave their suitcases in their offices, there is no guarantee ... that they will take care of you..?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El sabado 14 en el bus de 9 pm rumbo a CDMX mandaron una unidad ya casi chatarra, el baño sucio y con una puerta de madera podrida, los asientos de atras no servian y uno se averio a medio viaje cayendole en las piernas a los pasajeros de atras
$900 por una unidad podrida vs $650 por un autobus de lujo en Apolo Platinum. Y si pides reembolso se poner payasos..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio prestado fue muy mal , el camion iba llenos de cajas las cuales tapaban el baño nunca pudimos utilizarlo , adicional el conductor iba fumando se le realizó el reclamo y el mismo indico que el fumaba porque iba abajo que si no me gustaba que pagará un expreso de Lujos , iba con la música a todo volumen , el clima apagado.
Antes de salir solicite que me fuera devuelto mi dinero para poder viajar en mejores condiciones y los mismo se negaron lo que hicieron fue arrancar
The service provided was very bad, the truck was full of boxes which covered the bathroom, we could never use it, additionally the driver was smoking, the claim was made and he himself indicated that he smoked because he was going downstairs and if I did not like it he would pay a Luxurious express, it was going with the music at full volume, the weather off.
