★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos un departamento y esta adminsitrado por esta compañía no se los recomiendo para nada cobran carisimo y se quedan con tu dinero sin presentar recibos de nada solo mandan fotos y no estados de cuenta. Los empleados que operan el edificio muy buenas personas pero su "administracion" es una estafa.
 We bought an apartment and it is managed by this company, I do not recommend them at all, they charge very expensive and they keep your money without presenting receipts for anything, they only send photos and not account statements. The employees who operate the building are very nice people but their "management" is a scam.

They rent out apartments knowing about current faults and then at end of tenancy despite never fixing any of the issues try and charge the tenants for the issues claiming no prior knowledge. They withheld my deposit over a remote being “dirty” and haven’t even tried to settle the dispute. Terrible service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT trust these guys. They charged me for thing that weren't even in the contract and because I'm not from there they kept my money. Im now in Canadá and can't get my deposit. And they said I debt with them now too. Its ridiculous

Not Reccommended. Awful company and awful customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This realtors are scam artist they keep your deposit if you are a tourist. Silvia is the worst she acts nice while ur there but when it’s time to fix anything or deposit she acts like she’s not there to answer anything. I got robbed. Please don’t get robbed learn from my mistakes
