Riviera Maya Baby Gear made my trip to Mexico easy and stress free. I was able to pack just the essentials as they were providing the rest! Their communication was excellent and the quality of their products are the same as I have back home. Their customer service is beyond wonderful as well! Everything was awaiting my arrival at my hotel and then picked up after I left for the airport. Definitely the most efficient way to travel to Mexico with a baby or small child.

I am so lucky I found this company! Because of Riviera Maya Rentals I was able to have our first baby-cation as comfortably as we would be if we were home. Liliana was so fast and responsive and though they were out of a few of the items we wanted to rent they were still able to rent us items that were similar at the same price. This company went above and beyond for us as we were staying in Tulum and they are located in Playa del Carmen and they worked out the delivery and pick up with our concierge so things were ready for us when we arrived. Excellent service, and so convenient when traveling with little ones! The car seats and all of the toys were excellent quality. There was a nice variety for the ages of children we had traveling. There was one little snafu at the airport, but I don’t believe it was their fault, and a they were very quick to try to rectify the situation. Lily was in constant communication, and very willing to work with us for anything we needed. We rented car seats, booster seats, diapers/wipes, sand toys, a bucket of toys, and pool floats- all for 4 toddlers. We received it all, and it worked great. We will definitely use again.

Lily’s communication was clear, responsive and extremely helpful. The cribs and all toys were in immaculate condition and facilitated our being able to enjoy traveling as a family of 4 for the first time. All was dropped off before we arrived and picked up after we left and couldn’t have been any smoother and easier. The catalogue of options is wide and many of the items were the same as I have at home. I could not believe how easy Lily made this entire experience of renting thru Riviera Maya Baby Gear. Long story short Riviera Maya Baby Gear was a life saver! This was our first time traveling as a family of 4, first time traveling out of the States with ANY kids so to say that I was overwhelmed would be an understatement. With a quick google I found Riviera Baby Maya Gear which seemed too easy and too good to be true. So did the ordering, but I’m glad I took the leap of faith. They made it sooo easy to receive the gear. They were very punctual with their arrival at our hotel lobby and the gear exceeded my expectations. Everything was in GREAT condition and the crib was very easy to set up. They even upgraded our crib rental before delivery because there was an issue with the one I reserved. They were also very flexible. We had to switch the day of an excursion and they readily extended our rental of the car seat. The communication with the staff was also very clear and they were very easy to access. They saved us a lot of money in airplane fees and saved us the hassle of traveling with so much gear. I would definitely use their services again and would recommend them to anyone I know!

This place is a game-changer. Want to travel to the Cancun/Playa Del Carmen/Akumal/Tulum with your little one, but the thought of hauling all the necessary baby stuff through the airport makes you cringe? Lily and her company makes it all a breeze. We rented a jogging stroller, walker, pack and play, bumbo seat, baby playpen, and floor mats. All were in excellent shape. Completely clean, and all appeared almost new. The delivery and pickup at our condo was an absolute breeze and made our vacation simply wonderful. Thank you so much Lilly, to you and your team. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. Service, communication and product were all amazing. We rented a pack and play because I was staying on airbnbs and not all of them offered cribs. A day before I was supposed to give it back, we arrived at our last airbnb to find out the crib the owner said they had was actually a toddler bed, which doesn't work for my 14 month old. I panicked, but Lily was a total life saver and let me keep the pack and play for an extra 3 days. Communication through whatsapp was easy and quick. I can't recommend them enough!

Wonderful service! Took a vacation to Mexico and it was so slick having the baby gear at the resort when we arrived. So convenient and the price was great! Highly recommend. Owner was so sweet and accommodating. Email her and she’ll help you with baby food, diapers, etc. If you have a baby make sure to rent the wagon to haul things to/from the room/pool/beach, and the popup playpen to use poolside or on the beach!
