Fantastic experience with the entire family. Great food, great service, great people. They took us to a beautiful bay full of coral and sea life that we would have never found by ourselves. They provided all of the gear, towels and all the food and drinks that we needed. The boat was clean, the entire process was easy, simple and very comfortable. Highly recommended. We saw other boats in the bay that were not kept up as nicely as this boat. They made it very easy for us.

If your looking for an amazing private VIP experience look no further! From the hotel pick up, to the staff, to the amazing lunch-top notch, 5 stars! This day was the best day of our entire trip. The crew is knowledgeable and professional! They literally did everything. We really Enjoyed learning about their lives as divers and tour guides! What really impressed me was when my 7 year old son went to the bathroom to change, they immediately noticed he was gone and came running to ask where he was. They inflated floats, watched us, we’re super personable and we’re awesome! Lunch was amazing! So much food! Thank you for an experience of a lifetime! When returning we walked right off the boat and our driver was there for us! We were back to our hotel in ten minutes. Def recommend their transfer!

My friends and I booked the Lazy Linda Catamaran for a sail to Cozumel. The booking was easy and I was given a variety of boats and experiences to choose from. They gave me an option to also get picked up and dropped off from our airBnb the day of the trip. We opted in for this knowing that we would be spending the day drinking. The communication and pick up we’re easy. The crew were so friendly and attentive with our day and showed us awesome snorkeling spots. They made great ceviche, burgers, and guacamole. They offered a variety of drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic. We loved the crew so much and we will absolutely book through them again.

If I could give this 100 stars, I would. Flawless from start to finish- super quick response time, consistently followed up with me, clear in day-of directions, and when we got there- the boat was just simply amazing! We were on the Tarzan, which comfortably fit 9 but would’ve still been roomy with even a few more on board. We were greeted by the world’s friendliest crew of two with fresh watermelon juice and fruit. They literally asked us what WE wanted to do, have suggestions, and off we went! The guacamole, pico, ceviche, and sandwiches were all homemade and fresh, and there was plenty of beer/liquor/water/soda options on board. My only suggestion is to book the longer option- we did 4 hours and were kicking ourselves for not doing more! Thank you for an amazing experience!!!

Highly recommend!!! We were beyond pleased with our whole experience - from booking, to pick up at our hotel, the yacht, the crew.. everything was amazing!! Our crew was the best. They went above and beyond. José, Ulysses, and Reyes were absolutely fantastic. They swam us out drinks, anything we needed… they were there! Our expectations were beyond met. Our crew was absolutely amazing! We had a 4 our romantic dinner cruise, celebrating my girlfriends birthday. We started off with a cruise out on the open water and then headed back to the lagoon area for dinner. It was a lot of fun being anchored there with the other boats. Being vegetarians, we had a slight concern for the food, but let me tell you it was the absolute best meal we had our whole trip! Big shout out to our chef! We will definitely be back again. My group had an amazing afternoon with Victoria and her crew. Victoria and her crew went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable! They were very attentive and always made sure we had a drink in hand. The service, food, and overall experience exceeded all my expectations. The booking process with Riviera Maya Catamarans was very easy. I was able to communicate with them via email and WhatsApp which made everything so easy from coordinating transportation and selecting our lunch menu. My group chartered the Four Winns 37ft Yacht for the day and it was the perfect size for my group. The fleet itself was clean and well maintained. The open bar and lunch that was provided was top notch. As soon as we arrived the crew had already prepared drinks and appetizers for us. Talk about world class hospitality, am I right?! Overall, Riviera Maya Catamarans and their services go above and beyond to satisfy their clients. From start to finish, they do not miss a beat. Best day of our trip! Absolutely beyond what we expected. Communication was quick and easy throughout the booking process, and even the day-of with scheduled transportation. The crew on board was phenomenal, especially Flor. She was so attentive to our entire party, even the little ones (youngest was 5yrs old). The food presentation was beautiful and delicious, boat was gorgeous, and they also accommodated 2 Gluten Free meals. I could go on and on. Definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back.
