My experience with this workshop was very bad, I made an appointment for a change of front shock absorbers and consequent alignment and balance. They gave me a price over the phone, and they confirmed it when I confirmed the appointment. When picking up the car after work, they came up with that "the boy" had made a mistake and that the price was double, the excuse was that they gave me a price for 1 shock absorber ... who changes a single shock absorber ??? And I always talked about shock absorbers. I paid, I left there and after 500 meters some knocks and noises start on the hood ... I look and see that the head of a shock absorber is loose! I turn around with difficulty and manage to return to the workshop at a man's pace. A thousand apologies, the usual boy who bears the blame, a person in charge who does not check the work before delivering to the client ... and of two screws that they had to tighten he had forgotten one !!! They finish the job and obviously the alignment had been damaged when repositioning the shock absorber, but I no longer had time and I had to leave like this, but we agreed that I would return to complete the work. Today I went, and after doing it, they told me that "the boy" was wrong again, and alignment and balance were not included before, so they charged me another $ 300. What do they say, was I really bad at giving them a star?

The truth is, if there was an option to put any stars, I do - I never put comments on those but the Service is so bad I had to share…. They returned my car worse, without my stereo, I had to take it to another mechanic and they charged me for many things that they did not do and for parts that they did not change.
