Tiene recepción 24 hs , medio incómodo para llegar al apartamento desde la recepción al apartamento, está muy alejado de Playa del Carmen, pocos servicios cerca del condominio, no volvería y no lo recomiendo.Lo alquile por Booking, pague por limpieza y nosotros todos los días limpiando y limpiando .

Precioso lugar, me ha encantado. Es perfecto en cuanto a relación calidad-precio, incluso me ha sorprendido.He venido de vacaciones aquí 5 meses y puedo decir que muy bien organizado el lugar. Una bonita recepción, esta super cerca de todo, hay muchas cosas cerca, muy céntrico para Playa del Carmen. Las áreas comunes increíbles, en especial para bajar a la piscina y tomar el sol. Muy bonito todo, lo recomiendo mucho, y espero con ansias volver dentro de unos meses, estoy encantado!

Very dirty room

Too noisy. You can heard the people walking upstairs. I went the first week in December . The washer destroyed my husband underwear y-shirts and also the sheets. I talk with the administration the Lady was so rude in the phone. She have really heavy accent. The water in the showers was so stinky. I spend a lot of money for the Vacations and was horrible experience. I don’t recommend this place at all.

The apartments are great! I stayed here for a few months and I loved the fact that it's a 10 minute walk from the beach.

Nowadays it’s a quiet place except some weekends when people have gathers at the grill zone but usually they stop and 1am. It’s safe I have been living 4 months now and all my Amazon and Mercado libre package ? we’re safe and we’ll delivered. I would rate the place a solid 8.8 because yes some times people who comes and rent only for vacation time like Airbnb or similar tend to be the noisiest and the dirtiest but my neighbors are pretty nice people and respectful. The pool is average but clean I mean the leaves fall but it’s because there is a wonderful tree in the garden. I would say this is a family place and there’s lots of things around in my bike I make 9 min to the 5th av or the ? the super market it’s also 7 min away in bike and you have 2 options waltmart and soriana. Also you are 1 block from street Constituyentes which it’s like one of the main roads where you find local stores and even restaurants, workshops and more. Now if you want to walk to the beach it’s dumb cause you are like 25 min away and there’s no point when in Constituyentes you can take the public transportation for 10 pesos and be there in 5 min. So if you are young, you are not looking for the Ritz but a nice, clean and safe place, welcome. Ahhh also is true that the laundry room never works but we have parking lot for bikes.
