★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vivo en el Sur del Estado de Veracruz y estoy muy a disgusto con el Servicio que ofrece Toyota Riviera. Es la última vez que voy con ustedes.Les comenté lo que pasaba con mi carro y que lo revisaran de un ruido ya detectado por la llanta del copiloto. Entró al servicio y pedí además desinfección de tuberías de AC. Pagué 6 mil pesos por todo y me dijeron que no tenía ningún problema. Que el carro estaba perfecto. Que podía hacerle alineación y balanceo para asegurarme de que dejara de hacer el ruido. Sabían que viajaba a Xalapa al Médico y llevaba a mi familia. Pues así nos fuimos y en carretera el ruido empeoró. Así anduvimos en los Estudios Médicos. Regresando el Mecánico detectó: Problemas con el amortiguador delantero derecho y un buje de orquílla!!! Es terrible que las personas tratemos de viajar lo más responsables y seguras posibles y en esta agencia no hagan bien su trabajo. Espero mejoren su servicio. Ya que con la vida y seguridad de las personas no se juega . Volveré a hacer mi servicio en Agencia Toyota Paseo Ejército Mexicano Pte con la cuál nunca he tenido problemas. Me invitaron a ir a Riviera por que ahí si tenían lugar para el servicio, acepté y decepción que llevé. Gracias a Dios no nos pasó nada en el camino de regreso.
Pero ustedes deben mejorar el servicio de todos los vehículos que les llevan .
Y cabe señalar que la amabilidad de los empleados es muy buena . Pero lo demás no.

They knew that I was traveling to Xalapa to the Doctor and I was taking my family. Well, that's how we left and on the road the noise got worse. So we walked in the Medical Studies. Returning the Mechanic detected: Problems with the right front shock absorber and a orchid bushing !!! It is terrible that people try to travel as responsible and safe as possible and in this agency they do not do their job well. I hope you improve your service. Since with the life and safety of the people it is not played. I will do my service again at the Toyota Paseo Mexican Army Pte Agency with which I have never had problems. They invited me to go to Riviera because there if they had a place for the service, I accepted and I was disappointed. Thank God nothing happened to us on the way back.
But you must improve the service of all the vehicles that take you.
And it should be noted that the friendliness of the employees is very good. But not the rest.
