La primera vez nos atendió una muchacha a mi mamá y a mí de forma muy apurada, prácticamente adelantándose a todo con tal de que nos fuéramos lo más pronto posible. Pero la segunda vez fue el colmo, toqué el timbre y tardó un momento a lo que asumí que no escucharon así que toqué una vez más y posteriormente otra de nuevo. Acepto que tal vez fue un poco apresurado pero el espacio se veía vacío y oscuro como si ya no estuvieran ahí. Llega la misma muchacha y le digo lo que necesito y me dice “toca el botón del timbre” y lo toco y me dice “ves, si se escucha. Si te escuché”. Cabe aclarar que yo nunca me porté grosera en lo absoluto. Creo que hace rato no me trataban de este modo tan grosero y les invito a mejorar este aspecto de su servicio.
I went on the same day twice to buy two small things. The first time a girl attended to my mom and me in a very rushed way, practically anticipating everything so that we would leave as soon as possible. But the second time was the last straw, I rang the bell and it took a moment to which I assumed they didn't hear so I rang once more and then again. I accept that maybe it was a bit rushed but the space looked empty and dark as if they weren't there anymore. The same girl arrives and I tell her what I need and she tells me “touch the bell button” and I touch it and she tells me “you see, if you listen. I did hear you." It should be noted that I never behaved rude at all. I think it's been a while since I was treated in such a rude way and I invite you to improve this aspect of your service.
