Paso una semana y como no me llamaron yo les escribí preguntando sobre mi control, tardaron en contestarme y yo volvi a preguntar a lo que me contestaron que justo el técnico iba a revisar el control, osea, si no les marco no empiezan a revisarlo. Por obvias razones les comenté que mejor ya no le hicieran nada, que iba a pasar a recoger mi control ya que se me hizo poco profesional y si asi es su servicio no me quiero imaginar como trabajan. A week passed and since they didn't call me, I wrote to them asking about my control, they took a long time to answer me and I asked again what they replied that the technician was just going to check the control, I mean, if I don't dial them they won't start to check it. For obvious reasons I told them that they better not do anything to him, that I was going to pick up my control since it made me unprofessional and if that is their service I don't want to imagine how they work.
