★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención inicial es muy buena, pero ya después parece que te hacen un favor.
Quedaron de entregar en 3 semanas, y tardaron 6, porque tenian que entregarle a otro proveedor que les penalizaba si no entregaban a tiempo (me ofrecieron cancelar el pedido devolviéndome el dinero, sin embargo no acepte porque demoraría el mismo tiempo en encontrar a otro proveedor), como me quede con ellos me ofrecieron 3 productos que nos habían gustado.
Sin embargo la semana pasada que recogí el pedido aun no tenían los productos de cortesía, y el día de hoy me están ofreciendo otros productos que no eran los que habían quedado que porque no tienen ya esa tela y además ya viene su temporada alta (no sé que signifique esto)
Alejandra quiere todo a su modo, no te notifican de los cambios hasta que tu les hablas.
Los productos no son de mala calidad (Aunque el cierre de uno de ellos ya se rompió y me lo van a reparar) pero la atención es pésima. Cero recomendables, porque de verdad parece que te están haciendo un favor al venderte cosas.

They had to deliver in 3 weeks, and it took 6, because they had to deliver to another provider that penalized them if they did not deliver on time (they offered to cancel the order by returning the money, however I did not accept because it would take the same time to find another provider ), as I stayed with them they offered me 3 products that we liked.
However, last week I picked up the order, they still didn't have the courtesy products, and today they are offering me other products that were not what they had left because they don't already have that fabric and their high season is coming (no I know what this means)
Alejandra wants everything in her own way, they don't notify you of the changes until you talk to them.
The products are not of poor quality (Although the closure of one of them has already been broken and they will be repaired) but the attention is very bad. Zero recommended, because it really seems that they are doing you a favor by selling you things.

No cumplen con los plazos de tiempo acordados inclusive cuando ya habíamos entregado todos los materiales, si tienen un cliente más grande van a empujar tu producción. Tuvimos que rehacer las graduaciones que nos hicieron ya que estaban mal hechas. También tuvimos que rehacer los dobladillos de todas las playeras y vestidos que hicimos con ellos ya que estaban mal cosidas y no solo "no planchadas". Excusas para todas sus fallas.
Bad things that did not match the sample we approved. They do not meet the agreed deadlines even when we had already delivered all the materials, if they have a larger customer they will push your production. We had to redo the graduations that they did to us since they were badly done. We also had to redo the hems of all the shirts and dresses we made with them since they were badly sewn and not just "not ironed". Excuses for all your faults.
