Pero tampoco sabían qué dato exactamente buscaban. No pudieron darme razón en tres llamadas que les hice y cuando quedaron de regresarme la llamada para resolver el problema no lo hicieron.
I wanted to go as part of the benefits of my Major Medical Expense Insurance and they could not give me an appointment because I was missing a piece of information that they asked me nowhere else. But they didn't know exactly what data they were looking for either. They could not give me a reason in three calls that I made and when they were to call me back to solve the problem they did not.
