★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde el primer momento que llegue a Road Runner me atendieron con profesionalismo. Lleve mi Camioneta CRV por reparación de un golpe delantero. En ese momento valuaron mi golpe y haciéndome una cotización escrita que fue un precio justo.
El día siguiente decidí llevar mi camioneta a Road Runner y Juan Carlos nos atendió con su amable actitud y profesionalismo. Desde el primer día que dejamos el coche Juan Carlos estuvo comunicándose conmigo sobre el progreso de mi coche. La verdad me sorprendió el nivel de comunicación que Juan Carlos mantenía casi día a dia. Me mandaba vídeos y fotos del progreso de mi auto en reparación WoW! Quien hace eso!!!!!!!
Como habían prometido, Road Runner me completo la reparación de mi camioneta en 7 días y cumplió su palabra!!
Hago mencionar que me entregaron mi camioneta en un plazo que ni yo me creí que fue una semana. Ya que fui a “Los Pinos” en donde me entregarian mi camioneta en un mes y a un precio muy elevado.
Recomiendo a Road Runner Altamente. La calidad del trabajo fue muy bueno y Juan Carlos todo un PRO en reparaciones de laminado y pintura. Mi palabra final: En mi experiencias atraves de 40 años con talleres de laminado Road Runner es uno de los mejores en GDL
From the first moment I arrived at Road Runner I was treated with professionalism. I took my CRV Pickup in for a front bump repair. At that time they valued my blow and gave me a written quote that was a fair price.
The next day I decided to take my truck to Road Runner and Juan Carlos attended us with his kind attitude and professionalism. From the first day we left the car, Juan Carlos was communicating with me about the progress of my car. The truth surprised me by the level of communication that Juan Carlos maintained almost day by day. He sent me videos and photos of the progress of my car under repair WoW! Who does that!!!!!!!
As promised, Road Runner completed my truck repair in 7 days and they kept their word !!
I do mention that my truck was delivered to me in a period that I did not believe was a week. Since I went to "Los Pinos" where they would deliver my truck to me in a month and at a very high price.
I highly recommend Road Runner. The quality of the work was very good and Juan Carlos was a PRO in laminate and paint repairs. My final word: In my experiences over 40 years with rolling mills Road Runner is one of the best in GDL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustó que la pintura quedó muy bien. Pero no me gustó que me entraran el coche dias después de lo acordado, aparte dejaron el carro super sucio, sin ninguna limpieza. Eso hizo que ya no quiera regresar jamás. Consejo: el buen servicio también tiene que ver con la limpieza de su trabajo.
I liked that the painting turned out very well. But I did not like that my car was brought in days after what was agreed, apart from that they left the car super dirty, without any cleaning. That made me never want to go back. Tip: Good service is also about the cleanliness of your work.
