Condiciones en que se encuentran las oficinas la ineficiencia en el sistema, la brutalidad del personal en la entrada la prepotencia del oficial y las condiciones en que tienen a las personas para hacer el trámite.
Ni siquiera existe una información en ningún sitio de los requisitos que se necesitan para hacer los trámites.
Es una locura que tengan muy hermoso el puerto pero a la gente que vive en este puerto la tengan sufriendo estos sistemas tan antiguos para realizar los tramites
