J	Jhonatan Valdez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, mi paquete no lo podía rastrear y me puse a indagar quien lo podría recibir y marque a CSM (lo hice porque yo consideraba que ya llevaba mucho tiempo); me comentan que si lo tenían ellos pero lo entregaron hace 2 semanas (en mi domicilio todos los días hay alguien para recibir algún paquete seria extraño que no estuviera) , me puse a indagar en otra pagina de rastreo y efectivamente aparece que ya se entrego pero me entrega datos de otro domicilio el cual no es el mío y ellos me comentan que no podían hacer nada, por lo que yo pregunte cual dirección tenia marcado mi paquete por lo que si era el mío , entonces ellos entregaron mi paquete en otro lugar pero con mi dirección correcta, pero no me dicen nada mas y no se responsabilizan de algo que ellos entregaron mal. Gente, sea el paquete que sea tienen que entregarte tu paquete a tu domicilio por algo lo pones y por algo se dedican ellos; mal servicio, nunca se me notifico o marco y ahora no tengo mi paquete. Tuve que ir a recojer personalmente mi paquete ya que tiene más de un mes que llegó a sus instalaciones y no me lo habían entregado. Por ese lado opino que su servicio es deficiente, pero al estar en las instalaciones el servicio no es tan malo; tomaron mi número de rastreo, esperé 5 minutos aprox. y me entregaron el paquete. Definitivamente les hace falta un letrero con el nombre de la compañía legible hacia la calle, ya que están hacia el fondo después de pasar por la entrada a la derecha del gimnasio. Tuvo que ir él para que su compañera hiciera su trabajo y me entregará mi paquete, a lo cuál ella contestó "que no iba a estar buscando entre tantos paquetes". Al final el repartidor muy amable entró a buscar mi paquete lo cuál le tomó 3min máximo y sólo así la señorita me lo entregó y de mala gana. Nada recomendable.
