Han dado solución alguna solamente NO contestan el teléfono ellos y Bosch son un fraude total hoy tuvimos que meter la queja en la procuraduría del consumidor. No he logrado la solución de un Boiler no sirve un fraude de empresa como su personal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me arrepiento de haber comprado un calentador de agua Bosch. Pésima calidad pues al año presentó fuga de agua interna y peor, no me han hecho válida la garantía de "5" años que ofrecen. Llevo un mes y dan la misma respuesta: Está en firma de autorización.
I regret buying a Bosch water heater. Terrible quality, as one year later, internal water leaked and worse, they have not validated the "5" year guarantee they offer. I have been a month and they give the same answer: It is in authorization signature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia con el Centro de Servicio de Guadalajara!! De que sirve comprar un aparato que cuando te lo venden te dicen que es lo mejor de lo mejor pero cuando se descompone y la reparación entra en la garantía es un pesadilla el trato con los técnicos!! Vinieron a ver mi boiler y le dieron mantenimiento (me lo cobraron) y no lo dejaron funcionando bien!!
Ahora estoy esperando que lleguen la refacciones para que el boiler vuelva a funcionar bien y eso quien sabe hasta cuando será!!
Bad experience with the Guadalajara Service Center !! What is the point of buying a device that when they sell it to you, they tell you that it is the best of the best, but when it breaks down and the repair comes under the guarantee, dealing with the technicians is a nightmare! They came to see my boiler and they gave maintenance (they charged me) and they did not let it work well !!
Now I am waiting for the spare parts to arrive so that the boiler will work again and that knows how long it will be !!

Never buy the worst service in the world from Bosch, terrible heaters I have changed 2 in a year and less than 2 months after they put a new one on me, it stops working, you call and they hang up or they do not respond, terrible service, terrible quality
