★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, en nuentra estancia no la pasamos bien: los colchones viejos e incomodos, las toallas desilachandose, no habia servicio de cable ( no lo habian pagado).
En la alberca la gente se mete con zapatos y el personal no hace nada ni reportandolo uno.
Habia excremento de perro en el jardín.
 Bad service, in our stay we did not have a good time: the old and uncomfortable mattresses, the towels fraying, there was no cable service (they had not paid for it).
In the pool, people wear shoes and the staff does not do anything, not even reporting one.
There was dog excrement in the garden.

I loved the place, the very nice and cozy cabins, the shower with hot water, the comfortable beds, everything very comfortable and also the pools I recommend it 100% ??? without a doubt we will go again ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy agusto para relajarse, el agua de la alberca principal es fría, y de la otra está caliente aunque la alberca es más pequeñita, el fin de semana hay mucha gente , es pet friendly , y tiene muchas áreas verdes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muchos puntosxque mejorar en limpieza de cabañas y no se por que tienen dentro de baño de cabaña olor a drenaje, aparte cobraron un monto diferente al que me decia la App donde reserve
Many points to improve in the cleaning of cabins and I don't know why they have a smell of drainage inside the cabin bathroom, apart from that they charged a different amount than what the App where I booked told me

Cabaña sucia.
Las puertas de las habitaciones no cerraban.
Sin WiFi
Colchones y sábanas en mal estado.
Con cocina, estufa eléctrica pero no funcionó.
Baño en muy mal estado, sucio, no cerraba la puerta y la ventana caída.
En el área de albercas mangueras tiradas por todos lados, que obstruyen el paso.
Los alrededores muy bonitos, solo eso se rescata.
La expectativa era pasar un fin de semana, pero mejor decidimos abandonar.

Dirty cabin.
The doors of the rooms did not close.
No wifi
Mattresses and sheets in poor condition.
With kitchen, electric stove but it didn't work.
Bathroom in very bad condition, dirty, the door did not close and the window fell.
In the pool area, hoses lying everywhere, which obstruct the passage.
The very beautiful surroundings, only that is rescued.
The expectation was to spend a weekend, but we better decided to leave.
