No cumplieron con los acuerdos que ofrecieron. Tuve que estar llamando para que los hicieran validos.
Poor customer service, lack of staff training, they did not know how to carry out the procedures properly. They just brought me round and round. They lost my documents. The pushy manager. He treats you as his worker and not as his customer.
They did not comply with the agreements they offered. I had to be calling for them to validate them.
