Las consultas son carísimas y la atención recibida fue deplorable. El equipo utilizado es obsoleto, y la atención poco profesional. Fuí a otorrinolaringología con el "doctor" Héctor Miguel Ángel Segura Gómez. Ni siquiera tenía aparatos adecuados para realizar un diagnóstico.
Me mandó a hacer estudios carísimos porque no supo hacer su trabajo, y me hizo sentir muy incómoda porque me miraba el pecho.
No pierdan tiempo y dinero ahí.

Y en la recepción nuevamente me cobraron por la consulta más aparte el material que utilizo más otra nota que por los instrumentos en total me cobraron 2000 pesos por dos puntadas.
Muy mal servicio se aprovechan por la emergencia del momento.

La recepcionista indica que en un momento baja el médico. Podrían ahorrarse la incomodidad de los pacientes indicando desde un principio si hay gente en espera o no

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me cancelaron dos veces una cita la volví a reprogramar con toda la calma del mundo y ahora que me reagendan cita, resulta que no era la fecha que era otra y ya se pasó, que no dará servicio hasta finales de enero. Llevo 3 meses con la misma cita y cuando la agendan la agendan mal.
Debe haber una persona dedicada a la atención telefónica y como tal dar seguimiento de las citas.
Cochinos mal hechos.

Y es carisimo
450 pesos su consulta y no pudieron realizarme un ultrasonido (que también cobraban a parte) esto por que el doctor no se encontraba, hasta el día lunes y pues mi amenaza de aborto no podía esperar 4 días al doctor en fin

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomiendo a los dermatólogos y en especial a la doctora Consuelo García, mi esposa fue empeorando y ella le comento que si estaba un poco fuerte lo de su piel y que le podía marcar, pero el detalle que solo lo hacen para que una salga del consultorio con la creencia que si nos va a dar resultado y solo es una farza, ya que le ha avisado y comunicado con ella y que no puede y que no ay citas y que no es siempre . Que pena de que pierdan ese amor a su profesión y solo vean el beneficio del dinero , lo reitero mal servicio y nada recomndable
