No me la quisieron cambiar 3 días después de comprarla porque estaba rayada y entonces no cubre la garantía... Las garantías son para cuando las cosas no funcionan, no si se guardan en la caja.
Bad products. I bought a $ 320 Bluetooth headset and they work horrible. They last 30 minutes and the box does not load them. They did not want to change it 3 days after buying it because it was scratched and then it does not cover the guarantee ... The guarantees are for when things do not work, not if they are kept in the box.
