The attention on the part of the guy who attends is very bad, his name is Mario, because it seems that he has to beg him to buy. An orange Petzl Club deer was ordered and paid to make it happen but when he went to pick up the rope nothing but nothing to do with the orange color but a white which is very dirty. I don't know why they don't explain that to you before they sell you that if there isn't the color you ask for, it's not that simple. Since it is here, there is no way to use it and the terrible experience that I was left behind and I better hope to buy at REI in San Diego there if they treat you as the customer deserves. Worst product buying experience since my brother went in to buy an orange Petzl Club rope and to begin with an old guy was snobbish and once the order was paid for and made I receive a white rope. They shouldn't be sneaky and tell you if there is no availability on the color you choose that you might get a different one. Oh well I wouldn't buy there again since I didn't spend a few dollars for the rope. I'll just hold on till I go to REI in San Diego. Here in Mexico its a practice that they will sell you something different than what you order so be careful.

Excellent place for climbing, they have different options for climbing, you can ask for a 1-day ticket, 12-ticket cards, pay access per month or classes. There is parking. They receive payment by card and cash. They also have a mountain, climbing and camping equipment store. The service is good. They are always on the lookout for calls
