★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El pan está bien. Pero por desgracia no me agrada la política de precio. Primero pensé que me lo venden más caro por verme extranjero. Un día el pan estuvo en $18, el día siguiente en $20. Me desanimó mucho. Pero después de preguntar me explicaron muy bien y les creo que el precio depende del tamaño del pan, como siempre hay variación y con la levadura se infla el pan, así también se inflan los precios. Me quedó claro esa explicación y así que mejor preguntar antes si el pan anda actualmente en $15, $16, $18 ó $20. Varia mucho, como en la bolsa de valores! Suerte!
The bread is fine. But unfortunately I don't like the price policy. First I thought that they sell it to me more expensive for seeing me foreigner. One day the bread was $18, the next day it was $20. It discouraged me a lot. But after asking, they explained it to me very well and I believe that the price depends on the size of the loaf, as there is always variation and with the yeast the bread rises, so do the prices. That explanation was clear to me and so it is better to ask first if the bread is currently at $15, $16, $18 or $20. It varies a lot, like in the stock market! Luck!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Básicamente siempre iba a esta panadería pues desde que abrió el servicio era muy bueno con los que atendían, después se les ocurrió regalar café que porque estaban extrenando cafetera un plus porque te invitaban a conocer su nuevo "producto", en alguna ocasión mi suegra acudió y solicito hojaldres, el empleado "encargado" en son de burla le preguntó que era lo que ella conocía como hojaldres, al explicarle le dijo: pues no eso no lo tenemos, y entonces esta bien, al ser una panadería pequeña lo entiendes.
El día de hoy acudo solicitó bolillo y de inmediato me cobran si siquiera ver si quería algo más, al reclamarle al empleado el "encargado" salió en su defensa diciendo que tenían cámaras y micrófonos negándo el servicio pues argumento fui grosera.
Que pena que el servicio y atención bajo por mucho. Deberían saber lo que cuesta poner un negocio y lo fácil que es perder clientes porque panaderías existen muchas por lo que uno en ocasiones es constante es por la atención y servicio.
En fin suerte en su negocio y esperemos dure mucho porque los dueños no tienen la culpa del personal tan nefasto que atiende.
Por cierto al ser un establecimiento donde se sirven alimentos deberían traer cubrebocas en todo momento cosa que tampoco cumplen
Basically I always went to this bakery because since the service opened it was very good with those who attended, then it occurred to them to give coffee as a bonus because they were using a coffee machine because they invited you to discover their new "product", on some occasion my mother-in-law came and I request puff pastries, the employee "in charge" mockingly asked her what she knew as puff pastries, when explaining she said: well no we don't have that, and then it's fine, being a small bakery you understand.
Today I go and requested bolillo and they immediately charged me if I even wanted to see if I wanted something else, when I complained to the employee the "manager" came out in his defense saying that they had cameras and microphones denying the service because I argued I was rude.
What a pity that the service and attention went down by a lot. They should know how much it costs to set up a business and how easy it is to lose customers because there are many bakeries so one is sometimes constant because of the attention and service.
In short, good luck in your business and hopefully it will last a long time because the owners are not to blame for the disastrous staff that they serve.
By the way, being an establishment where food is served, they should bring face masks at all times, which they do not comply with either.
