He installed new chains of the very best quality on our bikes, and trued my back wheel perfectly. He charged only for the chain purchase, and not for his labour. He was very good to us as passing long distance riders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so grateful for this wonderful bike shop and its staff. My 2 1/2 week bike tour ended in Merida, and they packed my bicycle into a bike box to take on the airplane. It was beautifully packed with lots of padding. They took apart the minimum number of things so it was very secure and easy to put back together. Very reasonably priced in addition to the kind and courteous staff. All in all a great experience!
