★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo considero que no saben lo que es la atención al cliente te.deja el personal que atiende por la pésima atención tanto vía telefónica así como en la tienda en físico y me pareció ridículo que si necesitas algún cambio de mercancía solo tienes ese día esa fue mi experiencia
I consider that they do not know what customer service is. The personnel who attend to you leave you because of the terrible attention both by phone as well as in the physical store and it seemed ridiculous that if you need a change of merchandise you only have that day that was my experience
