El servicio es pésimo, los empleados tienen muy malos modos y son muy groseros.
Y la pizza, me la dieron quemada y con 1 milímetro de pan, se tardaron más de 1 hora en darmela, NO LA RECOMIENDO EN LO ABSOLUTO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pizza está normal, yo sé que como mexicanos estamos acostumbrados a decir: "que por el precio no debemos exigir mucho" pero yo creo que es importante marcar la diferencia de repente la pizza no tiene un sabor muy rico además de tener varios errores a la hora de tomar tu pedido.

El repartidor me ha llamado (han sido ya varios repartidores) y me dice que está por "tal lugar" y quiere que yo vaya por mi pizza, a mi eso me suena a qué me quería asaltar, ya que tenía todo el vocabulario de un "Brayan". También, ha llamado el repartidor y dicho que no puede llevar hasta el domicilio porque no tiene gasolina, esto cuando recién la señorita del mostrador me acaba de confirmar que va saliendo el repartidor a ruta a mi domicilio, no cuadra para nada lo que hacen, ya no da confianza pedir el servicio a domicilio. En otra ocasión el repartidor me llamó y simplemente me dijo que no quería ir a hacer la entrega, que sí quería el pedido me lo dejaba en el mostrador, aclaro que no vivo lejos del centro de Almoloya.
Por otra parte, les comento el servicio al teléfono de la chica del mostrador, es muy bueno, muy amable e incluso te pide que le mandes la ubicación de tu casa en maps, justo para que el repartidor no tenga problemas en llevar tu pedido.
Por favor verifiquen que sus repartidores hagan su trabajo, ya que por culpa de ellos, sus clientes decidimos dejar de consumir ahí, tanto por seguridad como por rapidez del servicio.
Terrible delivery service. The delivery man has called me (there have been several delivery men) and tells me that he is in "such a place" and wants me to go get my pizza, to me that sounds like he wanted to assault me, since he had all the vocabulary of a "Brayan". Also, the delivery man has called and said that he cannot take home because he has no gasoline, this when the lady at the counter just confirmed that the delivery man is leaving for the route to my home, what they do does not add up at all, It no longer gives confidence to ask for home service. On another occasion the delivery man called me and simply told me that he did not want to go to make the delivery, that if he wanted the order, he would leave it for me at the counter, I clarify that I do not live far from the center of Almoloya.
On the other hand, I mention the service on the phone of the girl at the counter, she is very good, very friendly and even asks you to send her the location of your house on maps, just so that the delivery person has no problems in taking your order.
Please verify that your deliverymen do their job, because because of them, your customers decide to stop consuming there, both for safety and speed of service.
