Pecimo servicio de lo pero al momento de que te suben el material o te van a entregar, los de oficina dan el servicio estándar, pero los que están en bodega llegan a ser hasta groseros recomiendo mucho cuidado, cuando fui a la oficina para reportar el comportamiento de los bodegueros hicieron caso omiso, tienes buenos precios pero prefiero ir a otras casa de material con los mismos precios

PÉSIMO SERVICIO RODI - RABAN Me atrevo a hacer este comentario para que no les pase a ustedes. Debo aceptar que en algunos casos el material es mas barato que en otros establecimientos de la localidad. Pero ese "ahorro" que busqué tener con ellos sale terrible con su servicio. El dia de ayer recurrí a hacer una compra, y entre lo que compré pedí alambre recocido, mientras no me percaté que en la nota decia alambrón. En fin relicé el pago de todo, gran parte del pago fue a manera de transferencia. De esto ellos comentaron que no surtirían el material hasta que vieran reflejada la transferencia de su lado (en mi experiencia, este procedimiento se ve reflejado rápido cuestion de minutos en algunos casos) Ellos me dijeron que me retirara SIN nota que porque el procemimiento tardaba 2 - 3 hras en confirmarse. Al principio dudé en retirarme, pues min deberian darme algun tipo de comprobante de este acuerdo para la compra costosa que se realizó, pero no lo obtuve y me retiré esperando que llegara el material a final del día o al dia siguiente. Mi material no llego a final del dia, por lo que al dia sig temprano le marqué para preguntar en que horario recibiria mi material. Ar gumentó que solo habia un repartidor y que la entrega seria durante el dia sin mencionar hora, le dije que habiamos quedado que seria a mas tardar ese dia por la mañana y me respondió "PUES SI QUIERE LE PASO EL NUMERO DEL BODEGUERO PARA MONITOREARLO USTED Y LE PREGUNTE". Aunque fue una respuesta bastante desagradable, siendo SU RESPONSABILIDAD, NO MIA... espere el numero para hablar con el bodeguero. Bendito Dios, esta persona me contestó (aunque le sorprendió) y pude hablar perfectamente con él llegando a un acuerdo que seria dentro de un par de horas. Todo salió bien e incluso llegó antes. El material llegó bien. Por ahi tuve un detalle con lo que comentaba del alambre recocido que pasó ser confundido por alambrón. Solicité un cambio y el encargado, este señor poco agradable, me dijo NO HAY CAMBIOS y practicamente me colgó. Por no hacer la historia mas larga, lo resumo a una experiencia BASTANTE DESAGRADABLE. Ya de por si la pandemia ha afectado mucho las ventas de muchos de los establecimientos, como para que hagan algo así JUSTO PARA NO VOLVER.

Although it was a rather unpleasant response, being YOUR RESPONSIBILITY, NOT MINE ... wait for the number to speak with the winemaker. Blessed God, this person answered me (although he was surprised) and I was able to speak perfectly with him, reaching an agreement that would be within a couple of hours. Everything went well and it even arrived earlier. The material arrived well. Over there I had a detail with what I commented on the annealed wire that happened to be mistaken for wire rod. I requested a change and the manager, this pleasant little man, told me NO CHANGES and practically hung up on me. For not making the story any longer, I summarize it as a VERY UNPLEASANT experience. Already in case the pandemic has affected the sales of many of the establishments a lot, so that they do something like this JUST NOT TO RETURN.
