But that "savings" that I sought to have with them comes out terrible with their service. Yesterday I resorted to making a purchase, and among what I bought I asked for annealed wire, while I did not realize that the note said wire rod. In short, I made the payment of everything, a large part of the payment was by way of transfer. From this they commented that they would not supply the material until they saw the transfer on their side reflected (in my experience, this procedure is reflected quickly in a matter of minutes in some cases) They told me to leave WITHOUT a note that because the procedure took 2 - 3 hours to confirm. At first I was hesitant to withdraw, since they should give me some kind of proof of this agreement for the expensive purchase that was made, but I did not obtain it and I left waiting for the material to arrive at the end of the day or the next day. My material did not arrive at the end of the day, so I dialed him early the next day to ask what time he would receive my material. He argued that there was only one delivery person and that the delivery would be during the day without mentioning the time, I told him that we had agreed that it would be no later than that day in the morning and he replied "SO IF YOU WANT, I WILL PASS YOU THE WAREHOUSE NUMBER TO MONITOR IT YOU AND I ASKED HIM ". Although it was a rather unpleasant response, being YOUR RESPONSIBILITY, NOT MINE ... wait for the number to speak with the winemaker. Blessed God, this person answered me (although he was surprised) and I was able to speak perfectly with him, reaching an agreement that would be within a couple of hours. Everything went well and it even arrived earlier. The material arrived well. Over there I had a detail with what I commented on the annealed wire that happened to be mistaken for wire rod. I requested a change and the manager, this pleasant little man, told me NO CHANGES and practically hung up on me. For not making the story any longer, I summarize it as a VERY UNPLEASANT experience. Already in case the pandemic has affected the sales of many of the establishments a lot, so that they do something like this JUST NOT TO RETURN.
