★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de profesionalismo, me agendó cita en tres semanas, un día antes confirmo la cita y al día siguiente (fecha de cita) ellos me mandan confirmación de la misma. Resulta que cuando llego ya van de salida y se sorprenden de que esté ahí, no les quedó mas que decir que el doctor tenía que salir. Si así es en consulta no se que esperar de una cirugía. Pésimo!
Lack of professionalism, I had an appointment in three weeks, one day before I confirm the appointment and the next day (date of appointment) they send me confirmation of it. It turns out that when they arrive they are already going out and they are surprised that it is there, they had nothing left to say that the doctor had to leave. Mi cita se programó con 1 mes de anticipación, 1 día antes me piden confirmación y porque no les contesté por whats inmediatamente decidieron cancelarla.
No entiendo para qué programan citas si no las van a respetar.
They don't respect appointments, lousy customer service
My appointment was scheduled 1 month in advance, 1 day before they ask me for confirmation and because I did not answer them by whats they immediately decided to cancel it.
I do not understand why they schedule appointments if they are not going to keep them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jamás se respetan los horarios de las citas, he esperado hasta una hora y media para poder pasar a consulta! Y para control de peso es lo mismo solo que ahora cobran $150 por solo pasar a pesarnos… Terrible!
