★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio malo, la recepcionista al llegar al lugar no te recibe, sentada en su escritorio y viendo su celular..... cotice por teléfono 4 llantas y confirme para que las pidiera al Almacén, ella me dio una hora para llevar mi vehículo; llegue a esa hora...4 horas después a punto de cerrar (cerrando estando yo en el lugar) me dice el encargado de taller que la señorita de recepción asegura que le ordene 2 llantas en vez de 4... solo llegaron 2 llantas...
Recepcion está sucia, oscura, no televisión, o revistas. Lastima por que el producto es bueno pero el servicio no.
Bad service, the receptionist when you arrive at the place does not receive you, sitting at her desk and looking at her cell phone ..... I quote 4 tires by phone and confirm to ask for them at the Warehouse, she gave me an hour to take my vehicle; I arrived at that time ... 4 hours later about to close (closing while I was in the place) the workshop manager tells me that the lady at the reception ensures that I order 2 tires instead of 4 ... only 2 tires arrived ...
Reception is dirty, dark, no television, or magazines. Too bad the product is good but the service is not.
