★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me llevo la mala experiencia de pagar dos veces mi transporte, porque la señorita recepcionista (que se estaba maquillando y platicando con sus compañeras mientras me atendía) se equivoco en el horario de mi camión que se lo pedí a las 9 de la noche a tepa (porque no había camión directo Arandas) y ella me lo dio para las 2:30 de la tarde, a lo que pedí que me lo cancelara y me tomará lo que pague a favor(a lo que claro no accedió y me dijo que no se podía cancelar ) ojalá se pongan más estrictos en ese sentido porque por estar distraída no me atendió como debía, no son camiones de 10 pesos, tuve que volver a pagar mi pasaje lo que considero como cliente algo muy injusto. Esto pasó en la central nueva en Guadalajara.
I take the bad experience of paying twice my transportation because the receptionist lady (who was making up and talking with her companions while I attended) was wrong at the time of my truck that I asked at 9 pm to Tepa (because there was no direct truck Arandas) and she gave it to 2:30 pm, what I requested it be canceled and I will take what you pay for (what course did not agree and told me not you could cancel) stricter hopefully get in that sense because by being distracted not treated me as it should, trucks are not 10 pesos, I had to pay my ticket back to what I consider as very unfair customer. This happened in the new plant in Guadalajara.
