Puntos malos: la comida tarda mucho y los empleados no usan cubrebocas ni en la cocina. I liked it, the facilities are beautiful and ideal for resting. My puppies were very happy. Tres puntos de feedback: 1. Mejorar la presión del agua en la regadera. 2. Una barra más larga o un closet le vendría bien a la habitación. 3. Mayor generosidad con el desayuno incluido (un solo huevo no es desayuno ni tiene ningún sentido negar el refill de café desde una perspectiva de atención al cliente). Tres detalles menores que no impedirán que vuelva a visitarlos en cuanto tenga la oportunidad. Excellent place to rest! A very well located place, comfortable rooms, nice relaxation area, with direct access to the lagoon and friendly service. Three feedback points: 1. Improve the water pressure in the shower. 2. A longer bar or closet would suit the room well. 3. Greater generosity with the included breakfast (a single egg is not breakfast and it makes no sense to deny the coffee refill from a customer service perspective). Three minor details that won't stop me from revisiting them whenever I get the chance.

Todos muy amables, pero un training en hospitality sería genial, no esperes que te den opciones tendrás que preguntar mucho o proponer tu la solución.
