★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No saben lo que venden, pides una cosa y te entregan otra, te dicen que te llamarán para que vayas por lo que pediste y no lo hacen, te hacen dar muchas vueltas por qué nada tiene ahí y todo lo piden de almacén.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dejan a los chicos de capacitación trabajar sin supervisión, se equivocaron en una pieza que pedí y me querian cobrar demás, aparte que no era la pieza que yo especifiqué.. al pedir mi reembolso al siguiente día me dijeron que no se regresa efectivo solo se hacen cambios de pieza y me culpaban a mi del error
Muy mal servicio de parte de Aldo que al parecer es el encargado
Encontré varias piezas que necesitaba pero recomiendo mejoren el servicio al cliente y que sepan capacitar a sus empleados
They let the training guys work without supervision, they made a mistake in a piece that I asked for and they wanted to charge me more, apart from that it was not the piece that I specified .. when I asked for my refund the next day they told me that cash is not returned only they make part changes and they blamed me for the mistake
Very bad service from Aldo who seems to be the manager
I found several pieces that I needed but I recommend that they improve customer service and that they know how to train their employees
