Hacen cambios de papel sin avisar, mandan rollos abollados y no quieren hacer cambios ni te dan garantías, te entregan el pedido cuando se les antoja y cuando quieres levantar una queja o hablar con los jefes de área no hay quien te atienda, siempre ponen pretextos para cumplir sus tiempos de entrega o para mandar a producción. De remate, cuando quieres apelar a tus derechos como cliente te contestan que "hay clientes que les compran más"... ¡esperemos que al menos a esos clientes si los atiendan bien!
Awful attention. They make paper changes without warning, they send dented rolls and they do not want to make changes or give you guarantees, they deliver the order when they feel like it and when you want to make a complaint or talk to the area managers there is no one to attend to you, they always put excuses to meet your delivery times or to send to production. To top it off, when you want to appeal to your rights as a customer, they answer that "there are customers who buy more from them"... Let's hope that at least those customers are treated well!
