★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Debes llegar temprano, debido a que su capacidad de bicicletas es limitado para la cantidad de personas que lo utilizan. Ahí mismo, como parte del servicio se te proporciona un casco de seguridad y un candado para resguardar la unidad (llave incluida con el número de tu bicicleta). Solo debes presentar IFE de una persona encargada y proporcionar número de teléfono Telmex así como uno celular (Para corroborar información te llaman). El servicio es gratuito y los domingos debes entregar antes de las 14:00

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad ha cambiado bastante yo voy desde hace ya más de 4 años si tuvo un pequeño tropiezo pero poco a poco vuelve a mejor los empleados casi todos son bastante amables te ayudan con lo que necesites y si ya sabes lo que estás haciendo no pasa nada no te regañan o nada parecido. También si eres usuario frecuente los empleados poco a poco te irán ubicando y es aún mejor su atención pero en general está es bastante buena. Muy recomendable para despejarse de las tensiones o simplemente para divertirse un rato.
The truth has changed a lot I have been going for more than 4 years now if you had a little stumble but little by little it gets better the employees almost all are quite friendly they help you with what you need and if you already know what you are doing nothing happens they don't scold you or anything like that. Also if you are a frequent user the employees will gradually locate you and their attention is even better but in general it is quite good. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente plus para los clientes Infinitum de Telmex. La bicicletas que dan en préstamo son buenas y te las prestan hasta por unos 5 o 6 HRS. Recomendable llevar casco propio, aunque la renta te incluye un casco es mejor usar uno de confianza ya que algunos ya se ven muy "usados" .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una buena opción para recorrer paseo de la reforma y más... lastima que aún no han reanudado el servicio...puedes reservar bicicletas pero están cerradas las instalaciones hasta nuevo aviso por el covid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encanta este servicio de Telmex, te prestan la bici, helmet y candado solo por ser cliente Telmex, solo te piden que estés al corriente en pagos y que sea la titular, y también puedes hacer uso de el estacionamiento sin ningún costo y no te restringen el tiempo de uso de la bicicleta. Tanto las bicis como los cascos se encuentran en muy buenas condiciones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impresentable que @Telmex suspenda su servicio #ARodarEnInfinitum y no ponga ni siquiera un anuncio al respecto en su página web. Hice reservación desde su plataforma, hasta llamé a call center por unas dudas con la inscripción y en ningún momento me dijeron que NO ESTÁ EN FUNCIONAMIENTO DESDE MARZO 2020 HASTA NUEVO AVISO.
Impossible that @Telmex suspends its #ARodarEnInfinitum service and does not even place an announcement about it on its website. I made a reservation from their platform, I even called the call center for some doubts with the registration and at no time did they tell me that IT IS NOT IN OPERATION FROM MARCH 2020 UNTIL NEW NOTICE.
