★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienes que estar detrás de los vendedores para que te coticen.Hace años tenían buen servicio. Lo veo como una opción cuando ya tus mejores proveedores no tienen las refacciones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandé mi teléfono para reparación, se me mandó un correo donde se decía que se me mandaría un equipo de reemplazo.
Al llegar el equipo mi sorpresa fue que era exactamente el mismo equipo y venía con una carta que decía que se le había cambiado el display y eso no me pareció mal, sin embargo, al encender el dispositivo seguía teniendo el mismo problema (mala calidad de la pantalla) y ahora incluso ¡se veía peor! No le hicieron absolutamente nada y solo perdí tiempo.
Ahora tendré que volver a hacer todo para que quede, pero por su puesto ya no con Grupo ROM.
Una experiencia desagradable.
I sent my phone in for repair, an email was sent to me saying it would send me a replacement kit.
When the team arrived, my surprise was that it was exactly the same team and it came with a letter saying that the display had been changed and that did not seem bad to me, however, when turning on the device, I still had the same problem (poor quality of the screen) and now it even looked worse! They did absolutely nothing to him and I just wasted time.
Now I will have to do everything again to make it fit, but of course not with Grupo ROM.
An unpleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anteriormente eran muy serviciales, ahora para atenderte hay que pasar por toda una serie de personal que no es de ventas, y cuando al fin te atienden, te piden que les hagas el trabajo y busques por tu lado los numeros de parte, lo peor de todo es que te lo piden muy despostas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les falta mucha atencion al cliente, llamas para cotizar y te piden que les des numero de parte del producto que buscas, cuando uno solo tiene el modelo de la impresora es este caso. y luego te dicen que es incorrecto la informacion que das, NO SE SUPONE QUE PARA ESO ESTAN, PARA AYUDAR A EL CLIENTE, no para complicarnos la exitencia.
They lack a lot of customer service, you call to quote and they ask you to give them the part number of the product you are looking for, when one only has the model of the printer in this case. and then they tell you that the information you give is incorrect, THAT IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE FOR, TO HELP THE CUSTOMER, not to complicate our existence.
