I	Irma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenos médicos y enfermeras, creo es lo único rescatable, el edificio se mueve horrible, parece que esta temblando todo el tiempo, costos altísimos!!!!! personal de administración NEFASTOS, nos cobraron 6 mil pesos de mas, cuando no teníamos que pagarlos, mi aseguradora ya había cubierto todo y ellos aun si nos lo cobraron y solo porque lo revise con mi aseguradora y me dijo que no tenia que pagar nada fuimos a reclamar, se tardaron mas de 6 horas en el alta, pésimos, no vayan a estos hospitales en resumen, son caros, pésima atención!!!!!!!!!! Desde el primer momento hasta que me dieron de alta (3 días), recibí buena atención de parte del personal médico. Me daban mis comidas a las horas correspondientes, así como los medicamentos. Lo único con lo que estoy batallando actualmente es con el envío de mis facturas por el pago de los servicios ya que van 20 días y nada. Creo el punto débil de este hospital es la administración. Sin embargo, tuvimos una pésima atención por parte del supervisor del área de caja, quien no tiene la mínima idea de cómo hacer su trabajo, no resuelve y además presenta una pésima actitud. Deben prestar atención a estos detalles pues arruina la experiencia que podría haber sido de 10!! My wife was an inpatient, and the overall service was excellent. La gente de administración no tiene la más mínima idea cómo tratar a sus clientes ni de los protocolos a seguir, casi 7 horas en urgencias pasé, al no haberle notificado a la aseguradora que me encontraba allí, haciéndome pasar horas innecesarias en las instalaciones, las cuales son de primer nivel por supuesto. Qué lástima por el gran prestigio que tiene este hospital. The attention of the doctors, nurses and other health personnel, excellent. The staff was great and very patient with us even with the language barrier and while we were on the phone with insurance. As a foreigner I would strongly recommend this emergency room. It was very clean and we were helped quickly and efficiently.
