They have all my confidence, they take great care of the clothes and are experts in removing stains. They have modified their schedules due to the pandemic from M-F, they close at 5 p.m. and Saturday at 3:30 pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia con este lugar. Todo muy bien hasta que ocurre algo donde arruinan una pieza y no quieren dar respuesta. Me tuvieron semanas esperando y al final no se arregló nada. No lo recomiendo.
Very bad experience with this place. All very well until something happens where they ruin a piece and do not want to give an answer. They kept me waiting for weeks and in the end nothing was fixed. I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend has been going there for years with our clothes and ocassionally something would be a bit weird.
Then recently she took in 17 pieces and had a receipt. When she got home there were 16 and the receipt said 17. Favourite shirt lost. Then when she went back they insisted it wasn't on the ticket pr she had lost it herself. They were kinda rude.
Since then (several months later) they flagged her down and gave her the shirt that they found (editing review to reflect).
It's good that they returned the shirt and made the effort to look out for her, but that means they weren't truthful with her.
