Ni por ser un servicio particular te hacen caso les falta más profesionalismo y tener más empatía con las personas. Very bad attention, I took my dad very ill and the doctor did not want to treat him nor did he come to assess him, the truth is that bad service. Desafortunadamente tuvimos que darnos cuenta por experiencia propia, el servicio es carísimo, sucio, instalaciones pésimas, la atención sumamente desagradable y el médico super experto con estudios en Cuba, se le nota la ignorancia y cero humildad para investigar. Hubo falsos diagnósticos y piden medicamentos innecesarios y puedo decir que hubo negligencia médica en la atención de mi familiar. Los enfermeros con falta de educación, organización (nada informados sobre el paciente, hacen cosas al aventón) ¡NADA HUMANOS! Parece que los enfermeros tienen que ser los familiares mismos que acudimos ahí para que sean atendidos... NADA RECOMENDABLE ESTE LUGAR! si tienes un familiar enfermo, es preferible viajar una hora y encontrar especialistas del más alto nivel, con una atención muy diferente y de calidad si lo llevas a Tuxtla Gutiérrez y aún mejores costos. DO NOT BRING YOUR SICK FAMILY MEMBER TO THIS PLACE ? FOR THEM AND FOR YOU FAMILY MEMBERS. Just because there is no zero star I put one. Unfortunately we had to realize from our own experience, the service is very expensive, dirty, terrible facilities, the extremely unpleasant attention and the super expert doctor with studies in Cuba, you can see the ignorance and zero humility to investigate. There were false diagnoses and they ask for unnecessary medications and I can say that there was medical negligence in the care of my family member. Nurses with a lack of education, organization (not informed about the patient, do things on the hitchhike) NOTHING HUMAN! It seems that the nurses have to be the family members who go there to be cared for ... NOTHING RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE! If you have a sick relative, it is preferable to travel an hour and find specialists of the highest level, with a very different and quality care if you take them to Tuxtla Gutiérrez and even better costs.
Y	Yasmin Abbas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente no hay conceptos para describir la mala calidad en TODOS los aspectos de esta seudo-clínica (sólo por mencionar algunos : costos altísimos; trato déspota, altanero y burlero de un 80% del personal; mienten en sus diagnósticos; realizan cirugías quizá innecesarias y sin valoración pre-operatoria, como exámenes de laboratorio, auscultación, etc. Lastiman otros órganos durante la cirugía, no notifican de la gravedad de este "descuido" y trae consecuencias fatales). Mi recomendación es que ni por última opción, acudan o lleven a sus pacientes allí. There really are no concepts to describe the poor quality in ALL aspects of this pseudo-clinic (just to mention a few: very high costs; despotic, haughty and mocking treatment of 80% of the staff; they lie in their diagnoses; they perform perhaps unnecessary surgeries and without pre-operative assessment, such as laboratory tests, auscultation, etc. They hurt other organs during surgery, they do not report the severity of this "neglect" and it has fatal consequences). My recommendation is that you do not go or take your patients there as a last option.
