★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Of all of the companies we contacted, Eduardo was the only property manager that met us at the property. The others sent workers that knew nothing about their property. He was very knowledgeable about the house and the surrounding area. He was very professional and prompt. Took the time to show us the house and answer all our questions. Definitely call Eduardo for your renting needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure how they manage. We did not go there after our initial visit in Jan or Feb '22 upon which we were not served by a woman named Veronica, despite our appointment with her. Since then, there have been a lot of questionable goings-on. We will always use our realtor for guidance, Access Lake Chapala, which offers excellent service.
